Oklahoma State Council for Human Resource Management
2010 Leadership Conference
The purpose of the SHRM Leadership Conference is to enhance, engage and align local passion and commitment with SHRM’s goals and objectives through the leadership development of key volunteers. Volunteer leaders are critical to the HR profession and to SHRM! As a result, the 2010 SHRM Leadership Conference has been designed with YOU in mind, and will provide:
■■ The tools you need to be successful in your volunteer role.
■■ Leadership development sessions on issues that volunteer leaders face.
■■ Opportunities to network and share successful practices with fellow leaders.
This is an important opportunity for you to learn, share, and network – so don’t be left out! Each chapter and state council should send at least one eligible volunteer leader so that we have 100% representation. Please review the information below regarding this year’s complimentary registration and housing policies for the 2010 SHRM Leadership Conference. The conference will be held at the Marriott Crystal Gateway in Arlington, Va. — just minutes from Washington, D.C., and SHRM headquarters in Alexandria, Va. Additional conference and housing information will be available in September 2010. Registration opens shortly thereafter.
